Mama Dances brings mothers (parents/guardians) and their babies together in dance. Motivating and engaging kinetic energy with exercise, creativity and choreography, we explore and connect with ourselves and others while sharing quality time with our babies. Dance artist and mother, Eryn Dace Trudell facilitates with a gentle, yet invigorating approach: a culmination of her vast experience in somatic, contemporary, traditional and cultural dance practices. Previous dance experience is not required.

Mama dances winter classes schedule is now available!

Winter Mama dances sessions begin January 16 in Côte-des-Neiges and Mile End, January 18 at Plateau Mont-Royal and January 19 at Plaza St-Hubert/Jean Talon. These classes are ideal for you and your baby between 2 and 10 months old, but every child/mother dyad is different, so please do not hesitate to ask questions. I look forward to dancing with you!

Parent/Child dance classes for you and your child between the age of 1 yr and 3years old begin January 21 at Académie de danse d'Outremont.
